Account Deletion

You can delete your Erudita account at any time directly within the app. Open the Account tab, then go to Settings and click the red Delete Account button. For security reasons, password or sign-in verification (e.g., via Google, Apple, or Facebook) will be required.

The account deletion process is irreversible. Once confirmed, all personal data, history, and associated records will be permanently deleted. Only order details required for tax purposes will be retained. These retained records are not processed or used for any other purpose.

Deleting your account does not cancel any active subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the App Store. These subscriptions must be canceled manually in your respective store account settings.

All personal data is deleted immediately upon confirmation of account deletion. Order-related information is retained only for the period required by tax regulations, up to a maximum of 10 years.
